By booking Baddies Take Thailand, you acknowledge and agree to the LA Hiking Baddies Payment Policies and Terms & Conditions.

Pay in Full

Your full payment secures your spot immediately.

Pay in 2

Your first payment secures your spot. Your remaining balance is due 3 weeks from your original purchase date.

A payment link will be sent to you via text message or Facebook Messenger to complete your second payment.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not receive your payment link, it is your responsibility to contact us through our Contact Us page before the payment deadline.

If payment is not completed by 11:59 PM on the due date, your reservation will be canceled, your spot may be released for sale, and your first payment will be forfeited. No exceptions.

📋 Cancellation & Transfer Policy

✅ Transferable Spots Available

Life happens! If you are unable to attend, transferable spots may be sold to another approved LA Hiking Baddies member if the transferable option was selected at checkout.

Transfer Deadline: January 12, 2027

To transfer your spot:

1. Post your available spot in the Thailand trip event page inside the LA Hiking Baddies Facebook group.
2. Find another approved participant to take your place.
3. The new participant must complete the required Liability Waiver.
4. Email losangeleshikingbaddies@gmail.com with the trip details and new participant information.
5. Once approved, LA Hiking Baddies will officially transfer the reservation.

Please note:

• Transferable spots do not guarantee your spot will be sold.
• Spots must be transferred at the original purchase price and cannot be discounted.
• Transfers are not complete until approved by LA Hiking Baddies.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Thailand trip purchases are final sale.

Due to advance reservations, accommodations, transportation, and activity bookings, refunds and credits are not available for participant cancellations.

If you are unable to attend, your options are:

• Transfer your spot (if you purchased a transferable spot) by January 26, 2027, or
• Use travel insurance for eligible cancellations or unforeseen circumstances.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may help protect your investment in cases such as illness, emergencies, trip interruptions, flight issues, or other unexpected events.
