LA Hiking Baddies has officially been APPROVED to participate in the 2026 Belmont Shore Christmas Parade, and we want YOU walking alongside us!

We're trading our hiking boots and mountain trails for Christmas lights, festive outfits, holiday music, and an unforgettable evening celebrating the season together!

Last year's parade welcomed approximately 30,000 spectators! Imagine walking down 2nd Street surrounded by thousands of cheering spectators, waving to families, spreading holiday cheer, and having YOUR friends and family watching YOU in the parade!

And the best part? You get to experience it all as an official parade participant, not just someone watching from the sidelines!

Whether you've traveled the world with us, joined 15–20 adventures, attended a few local hikes, love our social events, or have been following LA Hiking Baddies and waiting for the perfect opportunity to join us — THIS IS YOUR INVITATION!

You don't need to be a hiker, an experienced traveler, or know a single person in the group to participate. Just bring your holiday spirit, your Baddie energy, and a willingness to have fun!

💕 Coming solo? PERFECT! Some of the best friendships in our community started with someone showing up alone. This is an amazing opportunity to meet other women, connect with familiar faces, and make new memories without having to hike a single mile of mountain trail!

🎁 THE FUN STARTS BEFORE THE PARADE!

One of the best parts of participating in a parade is getting to experience everything behind the scenes!

We'll meet around 4:00 PM to check in, get organized, line up, take photos, and hang out together before the parade begins.

And trust us, the time spent waiting for our turn can be just as much fun as the parade itself!

This is your chance to:

OG Baddies? It's another excuse to reunite with your favorite adventure buddies, reminisce about the year, and celebrate the holidays with the women you've shared so many incredible memories with!

We'll be organizing an optional White Elephant gift exchange while we wait for our turn in the parade!

Expect surprises, laughter, playful gift swapping, and a fun opportunity to get to know other Baddies.

ALL BADDIES AGES 21+ ARE WELCOME!

This isn't just for our experienced hikers or longtime members. We want women from every part of our community to join us!

✓ Brand-New Baddies: Never attended an event? This is an incredible first experience! Come meet the community in a fun, festive, and welcoming environment.

✓ Our OG Baddies: Been on 15–20 trips or countless hikes with us? Come celebrate another amazing year and create a completely different kind of memory together!

✓ Our Casual Hikers: Only joined us for one or two hikes? We'd love to see you again! You don't have to be a regular to be part of the fun.

✓ Our Social Baddies: Prefer brunches, gatherings, holiday parties, and social events over hiking? This event is for you, too!

✓ Our Solo Baddies: Don't have anyone to come with? That's never stopped us from making new friendships! Come solo and meet your fellow Baddies.

✓ Your Favorite Ladies: Invite your girlfriends, sisters, cousins, neighbors, coworkers, or any other women ages 21 and older who would love to experience something special!

Each participant must purchase her own ticket, and advance registration is required.

🧡 IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS

📍 LOCATION: Belmont Shore, Long Beach, California. We'll be participating in the Christmas Parade along 2nd Street. The exact group meeting location and check-in instructions will be shared with registered participants.

⏰ MEET-UP TIME: Approximately 4:00 PM. Our group will meet before the parade to check in, organize, take photos, socialize, and enjoy our optional gift exchange. The final meeting time will be confirmed closer to the event.

🎄 PARADE TIME: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Please plan to be available for the full event, including pre-parade lineup and any waiting time.

✨ WHAT TO WEAR: Festive, illuminated holiday attire! Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended, along with warm layers for the December evening. Battery-operated lights and accessories are encouraged.

🎁 GIFT EXCHANGE: Optional White Elephant gift exchange instructions will be provided to registered participants before the event.

🚗 PARKING & ARRIVAL: Belmont Shore is expected to be busy with spectators, street closures, and limited parking. Please allow extra travel time. Carpooling is highly encouraged! Parking and arrival recommendations will be shared before the event.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY: Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for group memories and LA Hiking Baddies' social media. Come camera-ready!

🎟️ LIMITED SPOTS: We have a limited number of participant spaces available for our parade group. Registration is first come, first served, and your spot is not secured until your ticket is purchased.

Sometimes it's dressing up in Christmas lights, laughing over a silly gift exchange, waving to thousands of spectators, and walking down a street with women who started as strangers and became friends.

For our longtime Baddies, this is another special chapter in the memories we've built together.

For our newer Baddies, it's a chance to deepen those connections and feel even more part of the community.

And for the women who've been following us but haven't found the right opportunity to join? Maybe this is your moment to stop watching the adventures and start being part of them!

You don't need hiking boots, a passport, or years of experience with us to belong.

You just have to show up and be ready to make memories.
