No! First-time winter adventurers are welcome. Activities are coordinated with guidance and support, and your host will help you prepare for Alaska's winter conditions.

What if I'm traveling solo?

Come solo! Many of our guests travel independently and quickly connect through the shared group experience.

How likely are we to see the Northern Lights?

March is an excellent time to visit Fairbanks for aurora viewing, thanks to its dark skies and location beneath the auroral oval. Our fourth departure also extends into early April, when Northern Lights viewing is still possible.

We'll plan multiple viewing opportunities around real-time forecasts and conditions to maximize our chances.

However, aurora sightings depend on solar activity, cloud cover, and visibility, so they cannot be guaranteed.

Is this trip physically intense?

The itinerary includes active outdoor adventures, but many experiences are beginner-friendly or group-paced. Certain activities, including snowmobiling and glacier exploration, may require additional mobility, appropriate winter gear, and following safety instructions.

What if my plans change?

All trips are non-refundable. However, spots may be transferred to another eligible guest before the applicable transfer deadline.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

How many spots are available?

Each departure is limited to approximately 14 Baddies due to lodging, transportation, and activity capacity.

Once a departure fills, additional spaces are not guaranteed.

Are flights included?

No. Flights are booked separately, but we provide flight guidance, group coordination, airport transfers, and all ground transportation for included activities.

How are rooms assigned?

All accommodations are shared. Room and bed assignments are based on availability at the time of booking.
