đď¸ LR1 & LR2 â The Downstairs Perks
LR1 and LR2 are our Living Room Sleeping Spots, with one located downstairs in each townhome. Each features a queen-size pullout bed shared by two Baddies.
One of the biggest perks? The two Baddies staying downstairs share the downstairs bathroom with just each other. đżâ¨
The traditional bedrooms are upstairs, where approximately 6 Baddies may share the upstairs bathroom, depending on final room assignments. Choosing LR1 or LR2 means only two of you share your bathroom, making morning routines and post-hike showers much easier.
Other perks include:
đż Bathroom shared with only 2 Baddies
đĄ Convenient downstairs location
đď¸ Queen-size pullout for 2
𧳠No carrying luggage upstairs
â° Easier morning bathroom routine
Our days in the Canadian Rockies will be long and adventure-packed. By the time we return, most Baddies are showering, getting ready for the next day, relaxing, and heading to bed rather than spending the night hanging out in the living room.
While LR1 and LR2 are nontraditional sleeping spaces, the downstairs location and bathroom shared between only two Baddies are great perks.
Sleeping options are first come, first served and subject to availability.
𼞠What to Expect
This is an active adventure trip, not a traditional relaxing vacation.
Expect early mornings, full days, hiking, elevation, uneven terrain, scenic drives, lots of exploring, and plenty of time outdoors.
Our hikes are generally moderately challenging, with reasonable breaks for water, snacks, photos, and enjoying the scenery.
You do not need to be the fastest hiker, but you should arrive physically prepared to participate in several consecutive days of outdoor activities and hiking in a mountain environment.
We move together, encourage one another, take breaks, and make the journey part of the experience.
đŻ Who This Trip Is For
This adventure is perfect for women who:
âď¸ Want to explore Banff & Yoho without planning everything themselves
âď¸ Enjoy moderately challenging hikes and active adventures
âď¸ Love mountains, waterfalls, turquoise lakes, and incredible scenery
âď¸ Want an active vacation instead of sitting at a resort
âď¸ Are comfortable spending long days exploring outdoors
âď¸ Are traveling solo and want a built-in community
âď¸ Want to meet women across generations and from different walks of life
âď¸ Prefer a smaller, more personal group
âď¸ Want transportation and park logistics handled for them
âď¸ Want to show up and enjoy the adventure instead of spending months planning it
đ Coming Solo? Youâre Not Alone.
Most Baddies join our trips solo.
You donât need a friend, hiking partner, or travel buddy to sign up.
Our private pre-trip group chat gives everyone a chance to introduce themselves and connect before the adventure begins.
Our trips are intentionally designed so women can come solo, feel welcomed, explore together, and leave with new friendships and unforgettable memories.
⨠Why We Only Take 13â15 Baddies
This adventure is intentionally limited to 13â15 women.
Keeping the group small allows us to move more efficiently between destinations, navigate trails and scenic locations more easily, keep transportation manageable, spend less time waiting, and create a more personal experience.
Most importantly, it helps us maintain the community atmosphere LA Hiking Baddies trips are known for.
You get the fun and connection of group travel without feeling lost in a huge tour group.
đ° What Does $1,648 Get You?
For $329.60 per day, youâre getting five days of a coordinated Canadian Rockies adventure.
Instead of spending months piecing together accommodations, rental vehicles, gas, parking, park access, lake transportation, activities, routes, and daily logistics, weâve already done the planning.
You get to arrive, meet your Baddies, and experience the Canadian Rockies together. đď¸

LR1 and LR2 are our downstairs Living Room Sleeping Spots, each featuring a queen-size pullout for two Baddies.
A major perk is the bathroom setup: the two Baddies downstairs share their bathroom with only each other, while approximately six Baddies may share the upstairs bathroom.

FAQ
FAQ
Q: What is the age range of the group?
A: Our group is open to women aged 21 and above, which gives us a diverse age range of attendees. From 21-year-olds to 75-year-olds, our events attract a diverse group of women who share a passion for an active lifestyle. What may surprise you is that, contrary to common assumptions, physical appearance provides little insight into someone's age in our group. We encourage individuals to show up and let go of any insecurities they may have. Join us and be part of a supportive community where age is just a number!
Q: What are shared trip accommodations like?
A: One of the highlights of Baddies trips is the opportunity to stay in luxury homes. This aspect of our trips offers a unique and indulgent experience that allows us to unwind and indulge in comfort. We prioritize location, amenities, and ambiance. we ensure that our homes are nestled in beautiful and serene surroundings, providing the perfect backdrop for our adventures. The attention to detail in each home we select is impeccable, creating a luxurious atmosphere that is both inviting and indulgent.
To provide the best possible value, the accommodations offered are shared. This means that you will share the space with other Baddies. By opting for shared occupancy, you can enjoy the luxury of a top-end property at a lower cost per person. Please note that prices listed are per person, inclusive of the amenities and services mentioned above. If you are more comfortable with your own space, you have the option to reserve both spots on a single bed.
Q: What is an "Air Mattress Spot"?
A: I examined the layout of the house and devised a plan that would enable all Baddies, regardless of their financial situation, to enjoy an affordable trip. To strike a balance between affordability and quality, I strategically incorporated Air Mattress Spots into the house design. Please note that participants are responsible for bringing their own air mattresses and all necessary items.
Q: What if I purchased a spot for a friend?
A: If you're purchasing for yourself and a friend, you've already acknowledged reading and agreeing to the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement by checking the box during checkout. However, your friend still needs to submit their Liability Waiver.
Q: What if I have an allergy and food is included?
A: If you have a nut or other allergy and there are meals included please notify us. Please be aware that pets are welcome on certain hikes, kayaking, and perhaps other events.
